How We Work Together to Achieve Your Health Goals
Here’s how it works. You and I enter into a one-to-one working
relationship. Together, you and I set the health or lifestyle goals
that are priorities to you. We break down your goals into small,
manageable steps rather than just focusing on the end. We have weekly
telephone sessions. Together, you and I identify and remove barriers
that have prevented you from attaining or sticking with your health
goals in the past. Focusing on your strengths we develop practical and
empowering strategies to get you to where you want to be.
